If the scale of the parts cleaning machine is severe, use acidic cleaning agents (surgical instrument rust remover or specialized scale remover, diluted appropriately). When cleaning, be extremely careful to avoid damaging the equipment. This is a highly technical job. When there is severe rust and scale on the equipment, rust will appear on the packaging near the equipment wall. The rust will penetrate the cotton packaging with the help of pressure steam, causing "contact corrosion" of the equipment.

1. When using acidic cleaning agents (instrument rust removers are acidic), it should be noted that:

① Some acidic cleaning agents are oxalic acid, citric acid, etc., using phosphoric acid;

② It is strictly prohibited to use strong acids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, etc. to avoid damaging the equipment.

2. Spray an appropriate concentration of acidic cleaning solution onto the surface of the equipment using a spray bottle (car wash), maintain the temperature of the equipment (60-70 ℃, be careful of burns!), close the cabin door, and after 5-10 minutes, wipe the walls of the equipment with a cotton cloth.

3. Rinse the surroundings of the equipment with plenty of clean water and quickly drain the rinsing water. be careful!! Please open the drain valve at the bottom of the device in advance to prevent the accumulation of acidic liquid from corroding the valve. This step is very important.

4. Stubborn rust stains can be wiped with a small amount of rust remover dipped in gauze.

5. After cleaning rust stains, black substances may appear when used. Don't be nervous, rinse and wipe clean again (these black substances are residues in the track gaps).
