Development prospects of ultrasonic automatic cleaning machine

The application range of ultrasonic automatic cleaning machines is becoming increasingly wide, and various novel ultrasonic cleaning equipment that have been continuously improved and perfected are replacing outdated equipment that has already been put on the market.


In the past decade, ultrasonic cleaning equipment has been developing in two directions. One is that various types of multi cylinder or transmission chain or lifting ultrasonic cleaning production lines have been launched successively; The second is the development of low-frequency ultrasonic cleaning machines towards high-frequency ultrasonic cleaning machines. In the markets of the United States, Japan, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region, the total number of multi cylinder ultrasonic cleaning equipment has shown a significant upward trend, accounting for up to 50% of the total, while multi station semi-automatic, fully automatic transmission chain or lifting ultrasonic cleaning line equipment has also risen to over 40% of the total.


The application of ultrasonic cleaning technology in China has achieved good results. One is the cleaning of mechanical components before and after electroplating or spraying, and the cleaning of disassembled and repaired components, which requires high cleanliness, such as the cleaning of oil pump fittings, bearings, brakes, fuel filters, and valves. The second is the cleaning of printed circuit boards, silicon wafers, chips, component casings, sockets, signal control relays, components, connectors, picture tubes, and vacuum devices used in railway systems. The third is the cleaning of optical systems such as glasses, microscopes, telescopes, sights, and sampling glass sheets. The fourth is the cleaning of various bottles and jars used in medical equipment, food, pharmaceutical, biochemical and other experiments. The fifth is the cleaning of spinnerets, precision molds, precision rubber parts, jewelry crafts, etc.


In recent years, various new technologies have been continuously applied to cleaning techniques. For example, with the rapid development of biotechnology, ultrasonic cleaning technology is increasingly being applied to enzymes and microorganisms. Of course, this is using biochemical reactions; For example, in the issues of air purification and water treatment, the use of activated carbon is becoming increasingly popular, all of which utilize the adsorption effect of activated carbon. Of course, there is also electrolytic cleaning and so on. Therefore, if we artificially divide cleaning into several categories, it can no longer fully cover the current reality of rapid development of ultrasonic cleaning technology.
